I was called in for an in-person interview and was asked questions about previous internship and volunteer experiences and interest in internship role. The interview took around 20 minutes and I also learned about the organization.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at New American Pathways (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Met with direct supervisor and department supervisor as well as HR rep. The interview lasted about two hours, very friendly. Very direct and to-the-point questions. They take privacy and protection of their clients very seriously. Must have experience working in non-profit/social services work or education.

Question 1
What do you think you could bring to the organization that would directly positively impact refugees in Georgia?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at New American Pathways (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I applied by emailing someone my resume and was contacted months later. I was one of four other interns. It is very welcoming, not a corporate environment. If you are working downstairs office you have to have good people skills because clients come in all the time. Staff help each other with projects. But, the agency gets audited ALL the time!
