The male interviewer openly admitted to knowing little about recruiting and expressed an urgent need to fill the position. However, despite this urgency, the role has remained unfilled for nearly a month. Instead of streamlining the process to secure a strong candidate quickly, they seem to be dragging it out unnecessarily. This approach will likely result in losing out on top talent as other employers move faster in the hiring process. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
