The interview process at NeuraFlash gave me a lot of respect for the company. They were quick to provide feedback within 24-48h after each interview and I knew exactly where I stood in the process--not only that, but the follow-up calls felt personal. Interviewing during Covid times, I really appreciated the attention given to me as a candidate vs. a detached email or being left hanging, wondering where I was in the process.
I had a total of 3 interviews: first with the VP of AI, then the design manager, followed by a final assignment presented to members of the design team, manager, and VP. The assignment was fun and receiving feedback from the team was a great experience—I enjoyed getting to interact with potential coworkers before accepting an offer, it helped me get a feel for what to expect. I wouldn't say the interview or assignment are difficult if you're versed in your area of expertise.
Overall it was a pretty standard process but the attention given was a real standout compared to other companies I was interviewing with at the time.
