Online test and interview. The same tests as many other public sector grad schemes like NHS, BII etc. This means you can practice it and have a go at it before you actually do it for the first time
I applied online. I interviewed at Network Rail in Jan 2016
Interview
After I passed the online tests I was sent an email inviting me to a video interview.
The interview is not live; each question appears on the screen and you are given 30 seconds to a minute to plan your answer.
After the timer runs out the camera automatically switches on and you have 2 minutes to answer the question.
I have not heard back from them since so I assume I was unsuccessful.
