Application, online assessment (asked me to dowload an app where the tests were in a game sort of format), reorded video interview, assessment centre. Still waiting for the results of the video interview, finger crossed.

Online test and interview. The same tests as many other public sector grad schemes like NHS, BII etc. This means you can practice it and have a go at it before you actually do it for the first time
