I interviewed at Network Optix (Belgrade, Central Serbia)
Interview
The fist section was to solve algorithm problem. It was easier than medium level on leetcode.
The next section was writing template code in c++.
Next session was system design interview.
Then was additional task to write a program in c++ with network io.
I have applied for QA engineer position and after couple of weeks they reached out over email.
We scheduled first interview, with the HR.
It lasted for an hour.
Than I got questionare.
If they are satisfied with the result than the panel interview lasting 2 hours will be scheduled.
After that the assignment will be sent over to me.
NOTE: didn't still go through the whole process so no offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Network Optix (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was very professional experience from the start. Everybody were so pleasant and it was intensive at the same time. I felt comfortable to present myself, My first interview was with Olivera, it was online, very concrete and warm. After I had very nice interview in the Office with MIrjana and Vitaly was online. Next step was talking with HR Director Kristine Ayres and Dwight Linden online, I think I made a good impression. Tomorrow they inform me that we are moving further, Last Interview I had with Anton Nadey, very pleasant and concise. I have confirmed with him all main conditions. Tomorrow I got an offer. I was thrilled and happy to accept. Since the company needed someone to start as soon as possible, I was a good match cause I could start very soon. It was a win win situation, I will do my best and prove myself , so I could stay within the company after 6 month have expired.
