The interviewer didn’t ask any of the typical interview questions and said that they didn’t have anything prepared either so I was the one who led the interview. The communication was not at all transparent with either delayed response or no response at all which was quite disappointing. The process also took about 4-5 months with barely any communication in between with any attempt on my end being unreciprocated.
