The interview process was well-structured and comprehensive. It comprised approximately three technical rounds, followed by two techno-managerial rounds, and concluded with one HR round.
During the technical interviews, the focus areas included Selenium, core Java concepts, framework architecture and design, SQL, TestNG, automation strategies, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
The techno-managerial rounds primarily evaluated my problem-solving approach, specifically how I handle real-world scenarios, decision-making processes, and my ability to design and implement efficient testing strategies.
