Received an invite for a 30min phone screening interview just over a week after sending in my application. The interview included simple questions about my experience. Generally a tough thing about these screenings has been that a lot of times the recruiters are hard to hear, assuming because of the line or headsets, and unfortunately it was the case on this occasion, which created a bit of a distraction.
