I received a call from HR asking me to come for a Face to face interview. I was interviewed by the Team manager and an Architect at their Hyderabad office and they had a positive opinion on my interview. Most of the questions are about on prem to Azure migration and experience and knowledge on other Azure services.HR informed that interviewer had a positive opinion on me and said you would have another round with onsite guy.
Next day i got a call saying they want to take additional rounds of interview by the Hyderabad team. They have arranged a zoom video call and 2 person took my interview again one guy claims to be a senior Architect (but don't have a L1 skills atleast). They described a scenario about the problems they actually faced and asked for solution however i have never faced those issues and not sure about the solution rest of the questions i have answered them. Senior Architect doesn't know basics at least and he is not sure whether my answer is wrong or right since he don't have some basic knowledge so obvious he don't have capability to judge my skills.
Next day again i got a call from HR saying she didn't get positive feedback and want to go with another round of interview. Another person called me and informed he want to hire me to work on a different technology. I have denied to work on another technology.
My suggestion to the management please have good technical guy to take interview and judge the skills rather than a dumb guy taking interview and incorrectly judging the skills. I don't mind if i don't get selected but it really hurts me if a wrong guy judging my capabilities. Just assume if i am a dumb guy or doesn't have good technical skills why will you get a positive feedback in face to face rounds.If you have a internal politics please keep it within your company don't show that impact on the people who come for an interview.
I don't recommend to any one to go atleast for this company these guys have internal politics which can be noticed during the interview process itself
