Interview
The interview consisted of two stages - a behavioural interview and a technical interview.
The behavioural interview lasted an hour and had typical questions such as "how did you do in a situation where there was a conflict in your team" etc. Making S.A.R. (situation, action, result) structured responses should easily let you ace this stage. This part was conducted in english.
The technical interview also lasted an hour and was conducted in polish. The questions that I got are listed below.
Given a table 'Person' with fields 'name' and 'surname' make an SQL query that will return only rows with surnames that are registered more than one time
Explain how you would design and implement a questionnaire android app for a tablet in a chain of stores. Explain your reasoning behind the deadline that you would come up with
My interview experience was fine overall. The questions were of average difficulty, focusing mainly on Java technical topics. I was asked about core Java concepts, object-oriented programming, and some problem-solving scenarios. The interviewers were professional and made the environment comfortable.

Interview
There were two rounds, the first one with manager, taking mostly about the company, projects I would be working on. Got some questions "what would you do in this situation ...". The second one was technical round. Basics programming questions, I had to write down some algorithms leet code style.
Technical Interview was normal.
Discussion with hr didn't leave the best impressions. Low compensation trying to justify it by diminishing my experience. Asked personal questions. In general I didn't think it was professional and respectful.
