I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Brno) in May 2015
Interview
I went through four steps before receiving final job offer. First I met the recruiter who introduced me the company, teams and described the position. Second round was an online test I took at home and I was required to write some Java code, SQL queries and answer related questions. In the third "social" round I met managers who described the teams and their responsibilities more in detail. We also talked about my experience, skills etc. Next round was technical and took place in employer's offices. There were more job-related questions, testing, Java and SQL. The technical round was not easy, but I don't consider it too difficult, I could have been prepared better. After that I met with the head of QA dept. to talk some more about the options at NetSuite. During the interviews everybody was kind and communicative which is why the meeting often exceeded its expected schedule.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Brno) in Dec 2016
Interview
Well prepared three rounds of interviews with technicians from different teams to good candidate classification. I appreciate the personal approach and friendly atmosphere. Technical questions was very general and not focused on concrete technologies or tools. Emphasis on mindset of candidate. Interview process was quite long but I believe that process was also leading to a very good estimate of the candidate.
