I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NetSuite (Denver, CO) in Apr 2013
Interview
Initially contacted by 3rd party recruiter, who conducted brief screening interview. Then passed on to internal NetSuite recruiter, who conducted another brief screening. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager, their boss, and then a 2nd round interview with the hiring manager. All conducted over the phone. Was told they wanted to make me offer following second round with hiring manager. Took over a month from the time I was told they wanted to make an offer to actually receiving it. Only complaint was that the whole process took over 3 months, from the time I was first contacted.
