Process was as follows:
Initial screening by external recruitment agency
Had a 30min with the internal recruiter where he determined whether I was a good fit and gave me further information on role
Undertook a cognitive test online
Had telephone interview with one of the hiring managers where she delved into my history and experience
Invited to their Maidenhead offices for a interview with two hiring managers. I was asked to prepare a presentation for this stage (the final stage) which should last around 30 mins. As expected a lot of thought and effort on my part went into this presentation.
As I completed my interview I felt optimistic that I had done well and they had progressed my application quite quickly.
And then the waiting began......
One week went past and I heard nothing, gently nudged the recruiter, fed the usual lines.
Two weeks went past and I still had to keep chasing. By this time I had assumed it was a no but was eager to get some feedback (negative or positive) that could help me in the future.
I didn't actually hear anything until a month after my interview. And even then it wasn't even feedback, the reason they didn't progress my application was because I didn't have any ERP experience which was evident from the outset on my CV. No feedback on my presentation either. All in all a very negative experience which left a sour taste
