The owner contacted me and did not show up. There's a another guy interviewed me. The process was chilled. Pretty much talked about your background and nothing professional. Since owner did not show up, he couldn't answer majority of my questions about further hiring process because he couldn't call any decision for this company. This is disrespectful that the owner made an appointment with me and did not show up. The owner didn't even mention that there would be another person interviewing me. Obviously, that person wasn't well prepared either. Typical small company problem - miscommunication.
