the online test was badly written, had bad grammar & spelling mistakes, was very vague and the employer asked me to rewrite the test in a different programming language after I had finished it

The interview itself was pretty straight forward. I had completed and presumably passed a technical test before the interview. It centered around my approach to the test, my technical background and personality.
