Interview process was super smooth, I applied online and a HR recruiter reached in about a week to schedule a screening and it was super casual, She asked about my background and experience. 2nd round was an onsite interview with 2 department leads about a week or so after the phone screening and was about an hour or so. A little more formal than the phone screening but it was a very professional environment and felt communicated and comfortable all throughout the process. 3rd round was a virtual interview and the following day with the Director of the department. It was super conversational and casual. I would say the entire process from initially applying took less than one month~! I was informed and communicated with the entire time with my HR recruiter regarding the following steps!
