I applied online on indeed.com. They then contacted me through email and set up the first phone interview. They have multiple steps of the interviewing process, all phone interviews. As you progress through the interview process then they will fly you for a final interview.

Very splendid, the person speaking to me was very kind. The questions were extremely basic, but it is exactly what is to be expected for a first interview. Despite being such a large company and no doubt having several applicants, the interviewer seemed like she cared about me personally.
