Interview
After the first selection step based on the CVs (took a month), I was invited to register an online video interview.
It was an unusual, but definitely positive, experience. I was asked seven questions, among those four general and three technical questions. I had 1-2 min to prepare the answer and other 1-3 min to register my answer.

Question 1
I was asked to introduce myself, to provide an example of working in a team, to give an opinion about working in laboratory and doing a manager work simultaneously. I was also asked 3 technical questions where I had to explain how I overcome some difficult situations.
