Regarding compensation for your time, please get in touch and we'll be able to sort that out. We'll also be able to give you some further feedback on the interview day.
We do now recognise that the pairing interview you mentioned was flawed, and we no longer use that particular session. In general we constantly review our processes to make sure we're giving all candidates a fair opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and skills, as well as a chance to see from themselves whether Nested is the right environment for them, and we welcome feedback whenever that isn't the case.
