I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nest Commerce (London, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
I applied for a Performance Marketing Manager role in 2019. The process was thorough - a half hour call with the COO, then an online task, before a round of interviews and a final call with the CEO. Having several stages meant that I really understood the company and they got to meet me properly to make sure we were a good fit. I was interviewing at other places at the time that just had one round that weren't well thought out (e.g. tasks not updated, not asking very good questions) which meant I felt they didn't really understand my skillset, so an in-depth interview from Nest that asked interesting questions meant it was a much more appealing offer!
