After 2 months of this, they finally reached back out and said my time zone wasn’t a fit. This process should not have taken that long and indicative of the company.

The whole process was very thorough and quite drawn out. It involved multiple Wonderlic tests, a phone interview, an in-person interview, a video interview, and another video interview where the CEO pop-quizzes you.
