I am sorry to hear about your negative experience. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding as we do not administer design challenges as part of our Designer interview process. We likewise would not ask a prospective employee to work for free. Although it is imperative that we observe a prospective designer’s design process as part of their interview, we would not illicit free work.
