I was contacted initially via phone and email to set up a phone screen interview. Then an interview with the BD manager for another 30 minutes two days later. Lastly, brought in for an in-person. Very very quick process. This is a growing startup that needs to get people in fast.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Neozene (Oakland, CA)

Interviewed with 2 of their solutions experts (one was a former VP at Boston Scientific) and the CEO. Whole process took about 5 days from the point when I had applied. I was referred to them by a colleague who was consulting on a project with Neozene.
