The process included several stages: an initial HR interview, a technical assessment, a case study, and finally a round where I met the team, spoke with the CEO, and discussed final details with HR. Each stage had a clear purpose and helped me understand both the role and the company better.
Although the process was quite thorough and took some time (around a month), everything was well-organized and clearly communicated from the start.
The HR team was professional, kind, and always kept me updated on next steps. Everyone I met made me feel welcomed and valued.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Neoplants in Mar 2025

Question 1
Incredibly terrible HR/Talent Acquisition specialist. Lack of basic communication with candidate. Always rescheduling without asking then rude remarks when someone does the same. Seems as though the company doesn't know what direction they are going in with this role. Advertised as entry level but far from it.
