Neo Financial Marketing interview questions

This is the most unserious company I’ve had the displeasure of interviewing at. I genuinely hoped the negative reviews weren’t accurate, but unfortunately, they were spot on. The entire process dragged on for nearly two months, marked by delays, vague communication, and a general sense that no one really knew what was going on. I felt like an afterthought, like hiring wasn’t a priority. They present themselves as having incredibly high standards, but it quickly becomes clear that they don’t know what they’re looking for. Instead, they rely on drawn-out processes to weed out anyone who isn’t desperate enough to put up with it. At times, I even wondered if the job was real or just a way to keep up appearances for investors. Either way, it felt like a waste of time. Unless you’re okay with ambiguity, delays, and a lack of direction, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. It’s not the opportunity it tries to present itself as. In fact, there is no opportunity so great that you can’t set a standard for how you want to be treated. And I can’t imagine what goes on when someone is actually getting paid...

The interviewer rushed the interview, he seemed annoyed and wasn’t interested in listening to me. Every question asked resulted in the interviewer abruptly interrupting me. The process in applying was easy, it was an online application then a video call interview.
