This is the most unserious company I’ve had the displeasure of interviewing at. I genuinely hoped the negative reviews weren’t accurate, but unfortunately, they were spot on. The entire process dragged on for nearly two months, marked by delays, vague communication, and a general sense that no one really knew what was going on. I felt like an afterthought, like hiring wasn’t a priority.
They present themselves as having incredibly high standards, but it quickly becomes clear that they don’t know what they’re looking for. Instead, they rely on drawn-out processes to weed out anyone who isn’t desperate enough to put up with it.
At times, I even wondered if the job was real or just a way to keep up appearances for investors. Either way, it felt like a waste of time.
Unless you’re okay with ambiguity, delays, and a lack of direction, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. It’s not the opportunity it tries to present itself as.
In fact, there is no opportunity so great that you can’t set a standard for how you want to be treated. And I can’t imagine what goes on when someone is actually getting paid...
