The job posting I applied to said that the medical assistant I position did not require any prior experience and stated it was an “entry level position.” I have a phlebotomy certification and I was offered a virtual interview, with my resume showing that I did not have any medical assistant experience, but when I joined the virtual interview, they rejected me within 5 minutes because I didn’t have any experience. It felt like a joke

Many different supervisor and managers in various parts of the building. It was a very long process, and not just with HR like when I had interviews for other positions. (After several interviews with this company, I always got the vibe that they discriminate on weight. Think about it - thank about every single employee you have ever seen in their facilities..)
