It was a normal interview process. They essentially want to get to know you and the skills that you offer. Its important to provide examples as to how you'd bring value to the company.

interview was very relaxed. manager asked questions about time commitment, previous experience, availability, etc. Very nice person who was friendly and easy to talk to. Manager explained what my duties as a waitress would be and explained the dress code and training process very thoroughly.
