Actually tough questions for a sales associate role. If you Don’t have a sales personality you won’t do well. Great HR team , nice environment. Requires you to dress fashionably.

This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
