Submitted an application and about 1-2 weeks after got an initial phone interview with the recruiter. Went well and was then interviewed by a manager. The actual interview did not seem that difficult. However, the manager did not seem very attentive during the interview over zoom. Did not hear anything after two weeks, so I followed up with the recruiter who assured me they had not made a decision and would get back to me when they did. its been over 2 months since our last communication and they never followed up. Saw this in another interview review as well, so I guess I can't say I am surprised.

I quite liked the process, it wasn't too intense but the questions asked were very pertinent to the job and the responsibilities it entailed. Overall the analytics team seemed great and I feel that they were a group of very open minded individuals. Surprisingly the interview process wasn't too tech heavy and they were really interested to see if I was a good culture fit.
