I applied through university. I interviewed at Neighborhood Design Center (Columbus, OH) in May 2018
Interview
Work study position, they understand that you’re not that passionate about ndc, just need to land on a internship that summer. Al was a great man and he just asked what i could do and basically told me okay we are working on this and i want you to do this with me. Pretty straightforward down to earth deal here

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Neighborhood Design Center (Riverdale, MD) in May 2015
Interview
Simple conversation, great discussion. Basically just as a way to scope out my interest in the position. I got the interview from a friend who worked there at the time. After some emails, I went and met with the upper management people. They were all very professional and genuinely nice (something often lacking in the interviewers). Great group of professionals.
