I applied in-person. I interviewed at Neighborcare Health
Interview
Interview process was relatively easy, basic questions - most of which were behavioral. They are looking for people who are willing to learn and put in the effort. Don't need much experience for this job.

Question 1
"Tell me about a time you worked effectively with a difficult team member."
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Neighborcare Health in Nov 2024
Interview
The recruiter interview lasted about 20 minutes asking typical screening questions. However, I was anticipating a few minutes allotted to me asking them questions about the role, which was not given. 2 weeks after, I received a random unscheduled call which I took, thinking it would be to schedule a panel interview. I was surprised that they proceeded to ask both behavioral and technical questions, even if I was not mentally prepared to answer those on the fly. They also kept interrupting me during the call. I just wish they had more structure to their recruiting process, then maybe they can get a candidate that would best fit this position based on a more informed assessment.
It was good. Lots of transition at time. Helpful to meet clinic staff during second interview. Helpful to tour clinic at potential site of employment and meet people. I think I have to do more words to meet 30 minimum.
