I had three interviews with this company, the first one was with the recruiter, the second with the Head of Communications, and the third one with the CCO. I had a positive experience during the first two, but in my interview with the CCO he came late, then asked me to wait on the Zoom link for another 7 minutes while he fixed something else, and finally, he admitted he hadn't communicated at all with my previous interviewers and hadn't even reviewed my resume. The interview felt unnecessary and the CCO came across as uninterested. I decided then I wouldn't continue the interview process. Two weeks later, I received an automated, template rejection email. After three rounds of interviews, this company couldn't even send a real rejection email. The position was posted on LinkedIn again two hours later.
