A challenge faced in a former training scenario and how I overcame it
Everyone was very nice and responsive throughout the process. I had two interviews: one initial conversation and a more in-depth discussion, followed by a project that tested my skills and approach.

Question 1
Overall experience with the product and specific tools they use.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nearpod (Texas City, TX) in May 2023
Interview
Met with the recruiter for an hour long conversation via zoom. She moved me on to the next interview with the east and west regional sales managers. I met with them a couple of days later. They interviewed me with about 10 basic interview questions, nothing really out of the ordinary. They both said that I would make a good fit for the team. I emailed a thank you follow up email to both managers. I didn’t get a reply. I emailed the original person I spoke to, the recruiter, just to follow up and also never received a response. I waited a few weeks and finally logged into Smartr the system they use for all applicants to see a denial letter but never received one in my email.
