The whole process was pretty informal, bolstered with the Predictive Index assessment. There was a focus on moving the company from a mom/pop set up to something more scalable/competitive in the industry.

The normal stuff like tell me about your background, how do you deal with dynamic changes within procedure, and familiarity with the division
