I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union (Vienna, VA) in Jan 2025
Interview
- Low-stress screening call with recruiter to verify eligibility
- Interview with a panel of some engineers and a manager
- Chat about my experience writing programs
- High-level technical discussion of some relevant processes
- Chat about how the job works
Very chill, seemed like they were trying to sell the job to me, instead of my trying to sell myself to them.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Navy Federal Credit Union (Philadelphia, PA) in Sept 2023
Interview
Overall it was pretty good. They asked some standard behavioral questions, that should be answered in STAR or a similar format. There were no case questions or whatsoever since it was only the first round. People were great and very positive. I never felt nervous.
