If the interview on the phone goes well they will schedule an in-person interview. You'll know if they are interested or not. They will ghost a candidate with no follow-up until you get the memo and those inquired will most likely have to withdraw their application. Take it what you will

I was first called by a very kind gentleman who basically briefed me on the expectations of the job. He set me up a virtual interview with 2 navy federal employees. The listing said that the customer service representative position had over 250+ applicants, so I can understand why I wasn’t hired, but I’m a veteran and have over 4 years of customer service/retail/fast food experience in the past 10 years, and still was not selected. I wouldn’t change a thing about my interview and they lost a good potential candidate. I wasn’t too upset because working for NF is not my end all be all, plus remote work isn’t for everyone (to which I came to terms that it wouldn’t of been for me either). Overall, I won’t be applying again, however, everyone I know who works at NF has said they had to interview more than once for the position, so if you truly want this job, KEEP PUSHING. You’ll get interviewers who see your value eventually.
