Recruiter email and calls, phone screen, technical interview with team lead, another technical and behavioral interview with PM, finally the job offer. The two technical interviews were video interviews conducted on Teams.

Phone interview - organized through call in number or teams app. Prompt and timely, conversation with 1-2 representatives of the relevant department. Questioning based largely on hypotheticals and traits, company was very up front regarding expectations and challenges facing a prospective new hire.
