Interview
The first stage was to complete an off-site test. Apparently this could be completed in 20 minutes, but they expected about 3 hours work for a more substantial solution. The test was far too demanding in terms of the time required, taking much longer than 3 hours. The feedback was rude.

Question 1
Write a program in C++ to compute the rolling median of a large stream of data. The data was provided in binary format, with an MD5 checksum. They were looking for evidence of well structured code and testing. No libraries aside from the STL and libstdc++ were allowed.
