Navan should be embarrassed. My interview was postponed two times (8 days!) which itself is completely unprofessional. Then, 30 minutes into the interview, I was told that I'm a great candidate and they want me to meet the hiring manager, despite there being an advanced candidate.
Navan promised to update me in the next 24 hours and even said "Oh, it's OK that you are traveling as you'll be on easier time zones to meet with the other interviewers." What a joke - I never heard back so 48 hours later I contacted Navan and was told "the position was filled." So obviously the "advanced candidate" already had a contract and the company was just wasting my time. Who treats people this way?
It's a complete red flag and anyone interviewing with this company should be aware of how they treat their candidates, as I imagine their staff are treated even worse.

I applied online. I interviewed at Navan in Sept 2020
Interview
After almost 2 months of radio silence I was sent a rejection email 9am Thanksgiving morning. I hope they treat other candidates with dignity.
Standard executive assistant interview. No hard questions or questions that go into your skill. Interviewer seemed really interested to see if I had a history of working with difficult managers. After reading the reviews here I can see why that question was impoarrtant.
