Mostly behavioral as the interview session focused a lot on understanding how a candidate has handled real situations in the past, emphasizing problem-solving, communication, teamwork, adaptability, and decision-making through structured, experience-based questions rather than technical skills alone.

two rounds of interview - one was a 15 minute recruiter screening and the other was a panel interview with 2 people from different departments. Only behavioral questions were asked and the interviewers were very nice

Interview
30-minute interview with two associates. Basic behavior and technical questions. Technicals: how the three financial statements connect, how do you value a company? Behavioral were why the industry, why the company, industry trends.
3 interviews. One with HR and then two 30-minute interviews with different groups. Mostly behavioral, the second one had more challenging questions. The interviews were with 4 different groups and in each interview you would talk with 2 different groups depending on where they see you fit.
