Overall, a very muddled and overdrawn process demonstrating immaturity in leadership. I had been told numerous times throughout the process that the founder 'was on his own leadership journey' so I guess I can't be too surprised. I initially applied in September, had video interview calls with HR and another member of the C-Suite before finally meeting the founder in early January. Then I was ghosted. When I wrote to HR asking for feedback, I got sent a lengthy Chat GPT generated generic email which was hugely disappointing given the time I had spent going through the process.
