You get two lesson materials to read and practice. You can practice as much as you want before going to a demo lesson. One of the employees are acting as a student, and it is pretty much simple. Just follow the lesson flow in lesson material and correct student when they make a mistake. If you don't pass the demo lesson, you have 2 more retakes, before you get fail.
