Contacted by agency. Phone interview with 2 potential colleagues which went well. 3 weeks later I had a face to face with IT manager, technical dude and HR person. I was kept waiting to start which is always a bad sign. The questions were about my CV and why did I want to change from contracting to fixed term contacting which seemed a little bizarre.
