Interview
Had to do a pre-recorded online interview against set questions before getting a face to face interview with a panel consisting of the hiring officer, two team members and the HR rep. Following that, they insisted on me getting a referral from the company I had just left even though I had explained that I left due to disagreements with my immediate boss.

Question 1
They asked during the face to face Zoom interview if I was a People's Action Party (PAP) supporter and told me that only PAP supporters can work at NTUC. That is unethical and incorrect as NTUC is supposed to be politically neutral!
