National Subrogation Services interview questions

I had a pre-interview with the HR Director. She went through my experience and I believe was just trying to gauge what kind of remote employee I would be. It was a very comfortable phone conversation. I was then scheduled for a 2nd interview with the management team. It was more of discussing my background. Again, it was a very comfortable phone conversation.
