A phone screen with a recruiter. If that goes well, you are invited to an on-site in-person panel interview, The panel interview starts with the panel briefly introducing themselves. You then present a PowerPoint presentation introducing yourself. That is followed by round-table questions from your interview panel.

It went well. They usually asked my research experiences, and they emphasized collaborative work. The interview was conducted virtually because I am a foreigner. I took time 3 weeks from screening call to the interview.
