It was easy with interviewing panel comprising senior management officials. It involved technical and personality related questions. Only 1 interview based process in which all the assessment is made in whether the candidate is suitable for appointment or not.

Only single interview is taken which consist of some technical and personal questions, however, offer is given to each employee as few people are willing to accept at below market terms.
