One on one interview process. One interview with common questions. Nothing stands out. Very the interview was very generic for an entry level position. Later in, with promotions, the interview was a little more in depth.

Had a short phone interview and then an in-person interview. In the phone interview, I stated my compensation requirements. When I came in for the in-person interview the Manager let me know he could not pay what I was asking.

Lots of lies about wage and possible commissions. Wayne was great at selling the possibility of making good money but in reality you don't make anything in commissions most is taken out as expenses
