First, an online psychometric test. Second, an online call with HR. Third (and final), an assessment day comprising a group exercise, interview, and technical discussion.
I waited for 2 months to receive information were told we'd receive in 2 weeks. The feedback given on the call was very superficial. They had said I was a strong candidate and gave good interviews but fell short at the group assessment. The information given was contradictory, stating I showed natural leadership but did not follow through on my ideas. I did in fact follow through on my ideas but gave room for others to be express their ideas.
Generally deeply unhelpful feedback and inconsiderate behaviour.

Describe your university project + Tell us about experience you have in data handling/analysis
Interview invited after two months. First round: brief introduction of your research, 20min total. Second round: 1.5-hr technical and behavioural questions with three interviewers, including 10min research presentation. Over 30min behavioural questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at National Physical Laboratory
Interview
Initial online interview (30mins)
Full day assessment centre with individual and group tasks and interview.
At the assessment centre stage, we were informed we would find out if we were successful 2-3 days after with individual feedback given to us. However I had to reach out to them after much longer than the time period stated to get a response. The feedback provided was incredibly generic which, for a graduate trying to improve, was surprising considering I was told I'd get proper feedback regardless of if I got the job or not.
